  • I've been approached by the Environment Agency - what are my next steps?
    Once served with an Environmental notice, it's imperative you act immediately. Generally, regulators will allow you 60 days before another visit is conducted to asses if you've resolved or put measurable steps in place to address your odour issue.

    Our range of rental equipment is a quick and effective solution in dealing with any odour issue you have prior to a second Environment Agency visit without any costly financial outlay.

    If the odour is unusually more complex, the act of installing the rental plant alone should be enough to satisfy the Environment Agency that measures are in place to remove the odour, whilst we research into the odour in more detail.
  • I'm unsure about rental or purchase, what option is best for me?
    With a purchase option, we conduct a comprehensive series of tests to determine what odours need to be removed ÔÇô this ensures permanent compliance and peace of mind.

    Our rental service is excellent in supporting customers that need a quick and effective service without a long-term commitment. Rental customers also have the benefit of a monthly service to maintain their plant.
  • There's an odour issue within our premises, but I'm unsure of where/what it's coming from. Can you still help?
    Yes, definitely. We can take two steps ÔÇô if you're wanting to purchase a piece of our plant, we can quickly arrange a consultation alongside a series of tests to determine what's in the odour.

    From here, we can go about designing and manufacturing a bespoke piece of plant to permanently handle the issue. If you'd rather rent, the process is much quicker.

  • What's included in my rental package?
    Within our rental package, we supply a packed column scrubber, extract fan, recirculation pump, dosing cabinet and a local control panel. Each of our rental packages also includes a monthly service visit to keep the system operating at optimum performance.
